I am a college student who filed my own taxes for 2019. I was not claimed on anyone else's taxes. Am I eligible for a stimulus check?

Probably not.  You must not only have not actually been claimed by anybody; you must also not even  be eligible to be claimed by anyone. The vast majority of college students CAN be claimed by their parent(s).

But, if you did not check the box on your form 1040, that says you can be claimed by someone else, you may get a stimulus check.

It's not clear yet, how the IRS will monitor the scenario.  The lower the income you reported, on your tax return, the lower your chances of getting a stimulus payment.  But, you may get one next year.

"In essence, the stimulus check acts as an advance of your 2020 income tax refund. This means when you prepare your 2020 income tax return, there will be a line to include the section 6428 credit. The credit on your 2020 return is subtracted by any amount received as a stimulus check in 2020. If the amount you received as a stimulus check is less than the credit you are due, the difference will be included as part of your 2020 refund. If you have been overpaid by receiving the stimulus check, however, you will not be required to return any excess amount".

Chances are high that you are not eligible for a stimulus payment. As an undergraduate college student, you *QUALIFIED* to be claimed as a dependent on someone else's tax return; most likely your parents. Weather they actually claimed you or not is irrelevant. The key word is "qualify".
