Can't exclude Savings bonds for education interest. Don't get question to exclude after entering interest

Used Savings bond for education. I do not get the question to indicate it was used for education after entering interest.  I found 18 page document online -Calculations Unsupported on Turbo Tax 2017 including:  Education Tuition and Fees  Proceeds from series EE and I U.S. savings bonds used to pay education expenses reported on Form 8815.   How do I access that question so that the interest is excluded?

Yes, if you go through the interview you should be able to allocate the interest to education expenses.
