Can I deduct the student loan interest on the 1098-E form if my daughter (a dependent of mine) is the "borrower" and I am the cosigner? My name is not on the 1098-E.

Yes, if the student is your dependent,

You can claim the interest deduction, if you meet the three requirements:

You paid the interest
You are legally obligated to pay it (co-signing counts)
The student was your dependent, at the time the loan was used to pay for qualified educational expenses
