Can all taxes be refunded due to full-time college student working in co-op program

There is not any kind of special provision for the circumstances you mentioned to have all of your taxes refunded.  It is much more complex than that.

The only way to know for sure is to go through the process of answering all the questions required to file your return to see how things work out.  One big factor will be if you are being claimed as a dependent on another tax return (such as your parents).
