I earned income last year after collecting SS since 2013. I was 1099 ed. The form Net Profit From Business ( Sole Proprietorship) prints. Is this correct?

Yes. If you have a 1099-Misc with Box 7 income, it is considered to be self-employment income. It is reported on Schedule C.
