Yes, if the corporation paid for health insurance (or reimbursed you for it) and added it to Box 1 of the W-2, you need to enter that information in the K-1 section.

In the K-1 section is a check box asking about health insurance.  Check that, and be sure to answer the followup questions, including entering Box 5 of the W-2 (Medicaid wages).
