Where to report the 1099-NEC issued by a Sub S Corporation, on the 1120S form?

When entering the information about your S-Corporation into TurboTax you are asked if you paid any employees or contractors.  You should have ticked the 'Paid Contractors' box.  If you didn't, or if you're not sure, then you should review the information about your company to make sure that that box is checked.

Once it is then the expense is in the 'Deductions' section under 'Salaries and Wages Paid'.  Click start next to that and you'll be able to enter all of the amounts that you paid contractors on 1099s.
