We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your payment yet.
We’re doing everything we can to help customers affected by the IRS error get their stimulus payments as soon as possible. We will have more emails going out in the coming days, so if you haven’t received an email yet, it could still be on its way.
Check the IRS Get My Payment tool to see if the IRS has a 2nd stimulus payment for you. The tool should tell you where your stimulus payment was deposited or mailed. The IRS has indicated there’s nothing you can do to change where they send your payment.
If you didn’t receive an email confirming your stimulus payment is on the way:
If you were entitled to a stimulus payment but did not receive one, and you didn’t pay for TurboTax with your refund last year, you may need to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2020 taxes to get your money.
Please see the following page for additional information: Why Haven’t I Received My Second Stimulus Check?
I received the first one but have not received anything for the second one. Someone needs to fix this. I am entitled to a second one. I have used turbo tax for years. None of my information has changed. So why can't I locate where or when I'm getting it
Irs site says unavailable, the turbo tax update tool says I can't update information. I have received no emails from you.i have a turbo card. Someone needs to locate my stimulus payment and route it to me. I will be calling everyday until this is figured out. This was your mistake not mine. I need this money now I know the irs rebate is crap. That's for the first stimulus not this one. I will not wait a year for my money that you robbed from me
