Where do I enter the amounts of the first and second economic impact payments I received in 2021?

If you filed the 2020 return, you would have to amend your 2020 Tax Return to claim the first and second economic impact payments. If you did not file the 2020 Tax Return, then you will have to file the 2020 Tax Return to receive those payments. You can only claim the third payment when filing for the 2021 Return.
