Where do I add a k1 trust form

You will need TurboTax Premier (online) to enter a K-1 form. To enter:
• Sign into your return and select 'take me to my return' button
• Type 'k-1' in the search box, then select the 'jump to' link.

Working on our HSA, It says fill the amount listed in box 12 of the W-2. So do I add up all of the amounts in boxes 12a, b, c, and d?
