Is your son under the age of 17? You do not get stimulus money for a child who is older than 16 at the end of 2020.
Children born in 2020 were not included in the 1st stimulus because those checks were based on 2018 or 2019. No one got stimulus money for babies born in 2020 because the IRS did not know about those babies or have their SSN’s. But on your 2020 tax return you can claim your child born in 2020 for the stimulus money, as well as the other child-related credits. You enter your new dependent in My Info. When you go through the screens in My Info make sure to say your child lived with you the WHOLE year. When it asks the oddly worded question about whether your child paid for over half their own support say NO.
The stimulus check is an advance on a credit you can receive on your 2020 tax return. If something went wrong or you did not get the stimulus check in 2020, you can get it when you file your 2020 return in early 2021
The Recovery Rebate Credit will be found in the Federal Review section, If you are eligible it will end up on line 30 of your 2020 Form 1040.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen
There is definitely a bug here. I've tired different devices, browsers etc. I'm using Premier and the I am NOT prompted for the stimulus check.
HELP!
If you have not received one or both of your stimulus checks, you will receive your payment in the form of a Recovery Rebate Credit on line 30 of your 2020 Federal tax return when you file.
TurboTax will compare your one or two stimulus payment amounts to the computations within TurboTax. The computations within TurboTax are based upon the information that you have entered into the tax software. If you are due an additional amount, it will be issued as a Recovery Rebate Credit (RRC) on line 30 of the 2020 1040 tax return.
In TurboTax Online, you are prompted to input stimulus check 1 and stimulus check 2 information under Review down the left hand side of the screen.
You can access your stimulus check choices by following these steps:

@JamesG1 Perhaps I didn't explain properly. I follow the below steps but you lose me at step 4. I do NOT see that screen. I believe this is a bug in the software - Let's see if H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt has a similar error.
You can access your stimulus check choices by following these steps:
At step 4 in the instructions that JamesG1 gave you, you might need to click continue until you get to the screen to report your stimulus payments.
The software is asking about payments received by the household collectively (everyone listed on the tax return), not individually.
TO GET TO THE STIMULUS SECTION OF TURBOTAX:
Go into your account and click "Tax Home"
On that screen click "Other Tax Situations"
When the drop-down opens, click "Let's Get Started" or "Review/Edit" to move forward
There may be a delay when opening to this next screen
Scroll to the bottom of this screen and click "Let's keep going"
The next screen should read "Let's make sure you got the right stimulus amount" (If not, click continue to move forward until you do get to that screen)
Scroll down and click "Continue"
The next screens will ask if you received the stimulus, which ones and how much.
The software will calculate a credit if applicable.
TO VIEW THE RECOVERY REBATE CREDIT:
Click Tax Home
Click Review if necessary to get Tax Tools on the left side-bar
Click Tax Tools on the left side-bar (you may need to use the scroll bar for the left side-bar to see this)
Click Tools on the drop-down list
Click View Tax Summary on the Tools Center screen
When you do this, Preview my 1040 appears on the left side-bar
Click Preview my 1040 on the left side-bar
Scroll down and look at line 30 on the 1040 for your “Recovery rebate credit”
