Turbo Tax PDF 1040 Schedule A Line 13 still shows "Reserved for future use"

My completed Turbo Tax PDF shows 1040 Schedule A Line 13 as "Reserved for future use" instead of "Mortgage insurance premiums (see instructions)" and is grayed out but still shows the amount of PMI paid. Turbo Tax has updated their software to be able to enter PMI information and claim a deduction after the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 signed on February 9, 2018.

The updated IRS form has been posted here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040sa.pdf

My question is will Turbo Tax will be updating their PDF? Also, will the current PDF that shows Line 13 as "Reserved for future use" cause my Federal Tax Return to be rejected when claiming a deduction for PMI?

If you are e-filing, it is ready and will file as usual.  It should not get rejected due to this particular reason.  If you only need to print the forms for records, you will need to come back later to reprint the forms once they are available. (TurboTax will be updating) If you need to print out the forms to file, you would have to wait until the IRS finalizes the forms.

Please see the following update we receive from IRS:

The IRS has not yet issued updated forms for print, so when a customer prints their return with PMI,  the line will be marked as “reserved.”  The PDF print version of 8917 for 2017 is not final in TT so it will print the 2016 version (expected to update next week) but e-file is good to go!

I tried amending my 2018 federal return at the end of March 2020 but was informed by discussion group Turbo had not yet updated its software.  Is it done now?
