What do I put under "Taxes and Licenses"? It says, "Payroll taxes for employees, such as Medicare, Social Security (FICA) & Unemployment taxes for employees (Federal and State)

Did you employ anyone else in your business? If so, did you pay employer payroll taxes?

Yes I have three employees plus myself.  I did pay employer payroll taxes.

Then that's what you put there at a minimum. The employer shares of FICA (Social Security/Medicare), FUTA (Federal unemployment tax) & SUTA (state unemployment tax) are all deductible.
