Started a LLC

I started an LLC which has generated no income but has about $400 in expenses. Do I have to us the Home and Business version of Turbo Tax for this? Trying to figure out if its worth upgrading.

I started Full Service in Feb but did not complete and filed using Desktop. I cannot delete many uploaded docs. Says they are "In Use". How can I delete them? Thanks.
