Schedule E is populated on my return for completion. I have no need to use schedule E. It's prohibiting me from completing my return. How do I remove this from my return?

Two years ago I owned a rental property but no longer do.

This Schedule E has been transferred to your return from previous years.

If you no longer require it, you should delete it.
