Schedule E in Deluxe

TurboTax employees on Amazon.com have said that schedule E was added back into TurboTax Deluxe this year. When I select rental property in the wages & income section, it says I have to upgrade to premiere and won't let me continue. What's the truth?

Schedule E is in the Deluxe desktop CD/Download edition.  It is not in the Deluxe online edition, so will need to upgrade to online Premier to enter rentals and royalties on Schedule E.
