schedule c part IV, and standard mileage deduction

I used my car for gig work (uber, lyft, doordash, instacart)  a very short time and I made less the 5000.

I only intend to take the standard mileage deduction.

The part I am confused about is Schedule C, Part IV.

1. Do I leave this blank if I am claiming the standard mileage deduction?

2. If I  am not allowed to leave this blank while  claiming the standard mileage deduction, would it be better for me to add the totals for uber, lyft, doordash, and instacart on one Schedule C?

No, even if you are claiming the standard mileage deduction, Schedule C part IV will be filled in with information.

Yes, you can combine all of your income sources and expenses from Uber, Lyft, Doordash, and Instacart on a single Schedule C.  Essentially the work for each of these is the same whether you are driving people or other things to their destination.  Combining these on a single Schedule C will help to simplify your recordkeeping.
