I am going to finish up my taxes this week and have to file a sch c for my ebay sales. Last year I claimed a computer, total cost was 686.00 and I took full depreciation, but do not use it this year that much, gave it to my son since I got a tablet for work. I answered the questions on turbo tax stating this and it says additional paperwork will be completed by turbo tax but I don’t see the recapture reflected in the numbers that show my refund so how do I pay that money back or will it happen later when I submit my filing?

Second Question, I asked something to this extent previously but just want to make sure I’m clear my 1099 k is from ebay but only included the months that they were the payment processor, I have around 790.00 that was paid through paypal with sales, after I enter my 1099k amount on the next line should I put the 790.00 ad other sales income collected through paypal?

third question, i mentioned in a previous post I have no receipts for my items, made profit on most personal sales or garage sale finds, last year I left my cogs blank which may have been wrong, should I leave it blank or put a zero this year? I am going to pay tax on full sale since I have no cost comparison or receipts. I do not get the EIC due to my W2 income. I will only deduct my ebay, PayPal, and shipping fees, along with my costs for packaging tape under office supplies?

First question - depreciation recapture would only apply if you had sold the computer to your son or another party.  It appears you have taken the computer "out of service" in connection with your ebay business, and thus, you would no longer depreciate this asset.  If you should sell the computer, then you would have to account for the depreciation you took.  TurboTax will calculate what, if any, depreciation needs to be recaptured and the applicable tax rate.  If the computer were sold at a loss, then there would be no depreciation to recapture.  Keep the receipt for the computer because you will need that to determine the adjusted cost basis for the computer should you decide to sell the computer.

Second question - yes, enter the PayPal transactions as a separate item.

Third question - if you do not know your cost, and cannot reasonably estimate the cost of the goods you sold, then you will have nothing to enter in that COGS category.  Therefore, you may have to leave that COGS category blank.  Unfortunately, that will increase your income subject to tax; however, perhaps the amount involved is not high enough to warrant the additional work/research you would have to do to ascertain the cost of the items you sold through ebay and PayPal.  However, going forward you will probably keep such records so this will no longer be an issue to address.

Deducting your business expenses, such as shipping fees, packaging tape, and office supplies all appear reasonable.  Moreover, they are the type of expenses generally associated with the business of the type you have described.

If a claimed the full computer last year in the amount of 656.00 and stated it was 100 percent business and no longer rely on it and gave it to my son, I will need to pay some of that money back correct? Will turbo tax automatically calculate this for me since they have my return from last year or do i need to manually do something?

Do leave cogs blank or put a zero? Unfortunately all my stuff I sell is old stuff from collections with no receipts, I don’t want to make up prices for cost. Will the irs accept a blank line or zero in cogs with no concerns? I do not receive EIC?

COGS is for inventory, but you already know that. If you did not pay anything for the items you sold, or if you can't prove the amount you paid for said items, then your cost of goods sold would be zero.

You would leave it blank. Just don't do anything in that section.
