This is a public user community forum. No one here will know anything specific about your refund, but in your other thread, I told you how you may be able to check on it.
See the detailed answer left for you in your other thread at this link:

Well let us start with the source .... did you check with the IRS ? What amount did they release ?
My refund for 2019 was supposed to be 4426 and state refund was me owed 521.00 which they took from my bank account 2 days after my refund was excepted .If this is my return what happened to the rest of it.????????????
This is **bleep**IN BULL **bleep** I WORKED FOR THAT MONEY .I DON'T WISH TO GET RIP OFFED BY U GUYS WHO SAY U TURBOTAX FIR FREE THAT IS ALSO BULL **bleep**.
I'm beyond pissed! Over half my tax refund was taken without any explanation and I DEMAND ANSWERS! Over $1,000 taken from a $2,000 refund 🤬
@APeyer0106only the IRS can tell you why THEY didn't issue the full balance of your refund. It could be delayed or it could have been held for any variety of reasons such as an entry error on your return, a tax debt owed, another debt owed, or any other number of reasons. When the IRS sends less than what was shown on the return filed, they send a letter explaining the change. The letter nearly always makes it to you after the money that they do send does, but it should be coming in the next week or so.
That's the only place you can get answers. Demanding them in a public forum such as this will get you nothing - no one here knows why the IRS didn't issue your full refund.

If you are due a state tax refund, it comes separately in another deposit.
If the IRS reduced your Federal refund, they should send you a postal letter in about 3 weeks or so explaining what they changed. It will also tell you what options you have if you disagree. If you don't want to wait for the letter, you could phone the IRS to see if you can learn anything, but they can be difficult to reach.
There are many reasons the IRS can lower a refund, ranging from inappropriate credits to debt offsets. You might get a clue in the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool. Sometimes they leave a message there if there was an offset.
See this IRS FAQ page and scroll down to the question "Why is my refund different than the amount on the tax return I filed?"

One common thing this year is that many people incorrectly reported their stimulus payments (EIP1 and EIP2). Some folks may have claimed all or part of the Recovery Rebate Credit incorrectly on their return when they had already received stimulus payments, or if they received EIP1 or EIP2 soon after filing a return in which they said they didn't.
$2,656 in fees I WILL NEVER use this rip off again what the heck was I charged for?

There was absolutely no charge from TurboTax for a fee of $2,656.
If the IRS changed your tax return to a lower tax refund you will receive a letter in the mail in a few weeks explaining the changes.
Go to this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions
All or part of your refund may have been used (offset) to pay off past-due federal tax, state income tax, state unemployment compensation debts, child support, spousal support, or other federal nontax debts, such as student loans. To find out if you may have an offset or if you have questions about an offset, contact the agency to which you owe the debt.
We also may have changed your refund amount because we made changes to your tax return. This may include corrections to any incorrect Recovery Rebate Credit amount. You’ll get a notice explaining the changes. Where’s My Refund? will reflect the reasons for the refund offset when it relates to a change in your tax return.

If so, see this TurboTax support FAQ for paying the TurboTax account fees when the federal tax refund is delayed - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/why-was-my-bank-account-auto-debited-for-tur...
