single member LLC, not allowed to efile

Thank you for the reply.  I shared the file with you and you did not see a reason why I cannot e-file.  I still believe it is a glitch in the software.  I will use a different product next year to file my taxes.  The response and help are lacking.

I have used TT for at least 25 years and am disappointed that you could not fix my problem.

single member LLC, not allowed to efile

If you are unable to e-file Form 568, and must unfortunately print and mail Form 568, California requires a waiver be included with Form 568 when a taxpayer prints and mails Form 568.  Here is the link to the CA website that relates to waivers.  Scroll down the page and select Start Waiver to get your waiver request.

@koravadi  Yes, you can file jointly with TurboTax Home & Business and include Schedule C for your single-member LLC. You didn't say exactly what questions TurboTax is not asking that you think it should be asking. In the Personal Info section, at the very beginning of the interview, if you say that you are married it asks you if you want to file jointly. Make sure you answered Yes. Check your filing status in the Personal Info Summary and make sure it says "Married filing jointly."
