S Corp dissolution

I sold the assets (and paid all taxes on profit) for my S-Corp in 2023 - I am sole share holder.  

I closed up but didn't dissolve the S-

Corp - there has been zero activity for over a year.  Is there a way to simply shut it down?  I am retired.

File articles of dissolution with your state.
