He will need to use TurboTax Business for the Form 1120S. Here is a link for more information: TurboTax Business

For his personal return, he will be using one of the personal tax products. Choosing the right one will depend on the complexity of his return, not only with his income, but deductions as well. Use this link to learn more about the different options: Compare TurboTax Products
