I am having this problem with my New Jersey taxes on desktop turbotax
The proper way to delete an unwanted K-1 is from the K-1 Summary screen, which also removes the associated worksheets.
I think I successfully deleted the K-1 from my Federal Taxes BUT New Jersey still thinks I have a partnership and I don't know how to remove that information from the New Jersey taxes.
When you are done updating your federal return, you need to transfer the new federal information by going back through the state tab and the state return. Nothing will change until you transfer the fed info to the state again.
Or try deleting state and re add it
