For 1099-B I have a CASH IN LIEU line for fractional shares from a reverse split. It wasn't really a sale and detail prompts don't apply. I can't get past "needs review".

For 1099-B I have a CASH IN LIEU line for fractional shares from a reverse split. It wasn't really a sale and detail prompts don't apply. I can't get past "needs review".

Just use the sale date for the purchase date and enter a zero for the basis and everything will be okay.
