Download button missing for New York S Corp for Turbotax business 2023 desktop version

I'm trying to add NY S corp to my turbotax 2023 business desktop. On the download screen the download button is missing and there is no license code. It says NY S corp available Nov 3rd so it should be there already. When I try to download it from within the desktop app it just says it's already downloaded. How do I download this?

1) clear your cookies/browser history

2) make sure your OS is up to date and restart your computer

3) try again ... use a different browser if needed ... chrome works well

4) try downloading the state program from inside the 2023 program in the state tab
