A single owner LLC would be reported on your personal 1040 Schedule C as self employment unless the LLC elected to be treated as an S corp or C corp. So you would fill out a schedule C in your personal return for it. Home & Business version is for personal 1040 returns, including returns that have a schedule C. Or you can use the Online Premium version to fill out Schedule C.
If your Single Member LLC elected to be a S corp you need to file a 1120-S return using the Business program. Did you pick 1120-S when you started?
