Does the deadline of IRA/SEP excess withdrawal get extended to Jul 15?

It usually goes with April 15 deadline but now with the delayed filing date, does this get extended to Jul 15 as well? and once you withdraw, how do you report this income back? I'm filing as a self-employed.

The IRS has addressed the contribution not the removal at this time. We do not know if that deadline is extended. However, you may qualify, if insignificant, with no firm deadline.See full instructions:
