Are you filing a 1065 for the LLC or do you and your wife own your interests as community property and treat the LLC as a disregarded entity?

I'll page @Rick19744 for input also.

Aside from the questions posed by @12rer4w6w7eyuhti989tydggher644er :

  • You don't indicate if the LLC has any business activity or operations in CA
    • Do you conduct any business remotely from CA?
  • What is the business activity of the LLC?
  • Are there other members?

Yes 1065, it is just my wife and I. Our business is consulting and project management including translation of documents for international companies. Everything is done on our laptops. Please let me know if you need any more info.
