My Income from Form 1099-MISC does not appear in the Personal summary as it did in 2018. It does show up in the Business section as it did in 2018. Why does it not show up?

Income from Box 7 of Form 1099-Misc is business income, not personal. However, it may depend on the product you use.
You can enter the income in the Deluxe version that does not separate Personal and Business. However, if you use Self-Employed, there is a distinction. It should definintely not show in both.

1099-Misc income can be directed to different places on the tax return.
The general rule is that 1099-Misc box 7 income is directed to self-employment income, probably generating a self-employment tax a qualified business income deduction.
This is why you are seeing the income in the Business section.
You will have to re-trace your entries to see what questions you answered. That is what led it to be posted in the Business section.
The IRS presumes that 1099-Misc box 7 income is self-employment income.
