Pass Through Entity
My Schedule K-1 is entered on form 1065. Is this income eligible as a pass-through entity?

Pass Through Entity
if a partnership receives a k-1 from another entity income and expenses reported retain their character when passed through to the partners.

Pass Through Entity
I didn't understand your answer.
Do I consider the income shown on line 2 of my Form 1065 to be listed as a pass-through entity for the State of Ohio taxes??

Pass Through Entity
Yes - Partnerships, S-Corps, and Trusts/Estates are all considered pass-through entities.
