Does a K-1 need to be made to an LLC or a person?

My husband and I formed an LLC to invest in a real estate deal last year.  I received a K-1 made out in my name only, not the LLC name.  Do I need to have them correct it to the LLC name?

No, you do not have to correct the K-1's.  The LLC issues K-1's to its members in the members name.
