Hello!
I registered an partnership LLC a few years back but never got around to doing anything with it. I have had no income, profits or deductions I would like to claim since being registered. I filed a federal and New Jersey state 1065 for the 2021 year (everything was $0) thinking I needed to file. Upon further research for this year, I found some conflicting information that says I do and don’t need to file for 2022. Could someone confirm if I need to file taxes for the 2022 year if I’ve had no income and nothing to claim? Do I need the fed and state K-1s to do personal taxes?
I plan on officially devolving the company soon since I haven’t done anything with it and life plans have changed so I will not be doing anything with it in the near future.

An LLC treated as a partnership must file Form 1065, unless it neither receives income nor incurs any expenditures treated as deductions or credits for federal income tax purposes.
