I have a 1065 k1 from last year. When you mail in your taxes, do you put your 1065 k1 form with the Federal or State taxes when mailing it in?

Per the IRS instructions for Schedule K-1, you need to attach it to your return if there was withholding in box 13, code B. If there was state withholding you should attach it to your state return, but usually that would be on a state-specific K-1. If you do not have that, you do not need to attach.
No. I don’t have that. It’s 2 different k1 1065. They’re from 2023. The first one is 13 I 17 and 13 K 0. The other k1 is 13 a 1. Thanks for getting back to me.
