Is this the final schedule k-1 expect to receive--what does this mean--like, ever?

Not sure why I would be getting an additional schedule K1

It is considered to be the "final" K-1 if the business has closed and will not file any future tax returns (and, consequently, you will receive no K-1s in future years.
