Is the second Stimulus check based on 2018 or will it use 2019 data after we file?

We received the 1st check based upon 2018 return. Will the 2nd stimulus check be based upon 2018 or 2019?

There is no second stimulus payment as Congress has not approved legislation providing for another stimulus.
