If my K-1 has a code and 'STMT' in boxes 13 and 20, but no dollar amounts, do I leave that question blank when asked for the amount in those boxes?

"stmt" usually means  there is a separate statement accompany the K-1 because there are multiple items with amounts so a number would be meaningless on the K-1. The statement might be on the back of the k-1 or on a separate statement.

it is possible that your ownership interest is so small that the amounts could be zero.

i would say that if the k-1 contains an amount on lines 1, 2 or 3 there is probably Qualified   Business Income information in box 20 on multiple lines and maybe other important info

if this is a publicly traded partnership, then you may be able to download the full K-1 package from this website

https://www.taxpackagesupport.com/

if it's not, then you'll need to contact the partnership

we have no access to your full k-1.
