I take it, from what you say here, that you bought TurboTax Business in order to prepare a "business" income tax return, i.e., Form 1065, Form 1120S or Form 1120, and realized that you don't need to do this.
Since the tax file exists entirely on your own computer you don't need to "erase" it, you can simply abandon it. Or open Microsoft's File Explorer, navigate to where that file exists, and delete it.
