Both forms are entered in the "Wages and Income" section. In the applicable topic you enter the form information just as it is on your copy of the form. A form 1099G is typically issued to report either "Unemployment Benefits" or a "State/Local Tax Refund." A 1099-INT is issued to report interest earned on an account.
In the "Wages and Income" and section you find an "Unemployment" menu and an "Other Common Income" menu. The "Other Common Income" menu has a "Tax Refund" topic and also a "1099G" topic for anything other than unemployment or state refund payments.
In the "Wages and Income" section you can also find an "Investments and Savings" menu which is where you can enter the form 1099-INT information.
