Can TurboTax help me file the 540 form for 2011 and 2012. How would this cost? How soon can we get this done.

@cabrillo-micuda No. sorry,  you cannot use TurboTax for 2011 or 2012.  The software is no longer available for any year earlier than 2016.  You can try getting the paper forms from your state and preparing them by hand to mail in.  You need to be able to look at your federal returns from those years when you prepare the state forms.
