Sorry that can not be done. You have to do the 1041 from scratch. The 1041 is on the Business program and will not sync or transfer to/from the personal programs.
You need to buy Turbo Tax Business, not to be confused with the personal Home & Business version. Home & Business is just for personal returns that need schedule C for self employment. TT Business is not available to do online or on a Mac. You can buy the Windows Desktop program here,

VolvoGirl is correct, but did you actually mean "transfer to a 1041"?
It typically goes the other way around; the information from a 1041 is transferred (or input) to a 1040, either via a K-1 or a grantor information statement.
Regardless, if you need to prepare a 1041, you might want to consult with a tax professional.
