Form 9465 Installment Agreement Request, Line 8 Enter the amount of any payment you are making with this request.

If you are not making a payment with the Installment Agreement Request, leave Line 8 blank (empty) otherwise enter an amount that you are going to pay when you file the tax return with the Installment Agreement attached.

If this is for the installment agreement then do yourself a favor and do NOT complete it in the TT program ... instead in the FILE tab choose to mail in a check ... then pay whatever you want to now and then go online at the IRS to set up the payment as the fee is lower that way ...   www.IRS.gov/payments
