TurboTax does not support tax year 2010.  Nor will you be able to find the TurboTax software from any retailer.

Why do you think you need the business program from eleven years ago?

I've lost my program, computer and all hard copies in 2016 flood. IRS request W-2/W-3 from 2010. I've save info on my usb

but I can not open because I did not have turbo tax program

For a fee you can get a complete copy of a W-2 from the Social Security Administration - https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501

since he's asking about the business program and the IRS wants the w-3, apparently, it wants the forms that would be filed for his employees.  maybe he never submitted them to the SSA otherwise the IRS should have gotten them
