I had a carryover loss last year of $343, I don't see it on line 14 of schedule D

Sorry your capital loss carryover did not update from your 2015 tax information.To enter your capital loss carry-forward in the 2016 Turbo Tax

Select Federal Taxes (Personal in the Home & Business edition)
Select Wages & Income, and in the new screen, click Explore on My Own.
Scroll down the Your Income Summary screen until you see the Investment Income group.
Click on Start/Update button next to the Capital Loss Carryover category.
