I don’t have anything to report on my 1065 cause I didn’t start a business, do I still have to file it?

I got a EIN to start a business but I never started one so I ‘m not paying $1100+ to have somebody put all zeros on the form.

No, if are a domestic partnership and you had no income or deductions, you are not required to file a 1065.  See Domestic Partnerships.

If you have any foreign partners, there may be reporting requirements.
