I didn't receive the third Stimulus and it did not show up on the turbo tax return for me to claim

There is no place to enter anything about stimulus payments on a 2024 tax return.   If no one could claim you as a dependent in 2021, you could get the 3rd stimulus payment as a recovery rebate credit on line 30 of your 2021 Form 1040.  So check that first.  Check to see if your 2021 return shows that you could be claimed as someone else's dependent for 2021.  Check your online account with the IRS to see if they sent you the 3rd EIP payment.

If you were eligible for the payment and did not receive it, then you can file a 2021 return or amend the 2021 return and use the credit.  It will be found in the Federal Review section.
