TurboTax cannot track your 3rd stimulus or tell you when it will arrive. The IRS is issuing 3rd stimulus checks on its own timetable.
You can use the IRS Get My Payment site to see what is expected for your 3rd stimulus check:

I didn't get any stimulus check
I am not asking for myself, I received my stimulous check. I claimed by brother on my taxes for 2018 and 2019, I did not claim him on my 2020 taxes. He did not receive any stimulous checks at all. What do I need to do to make sure he receives his current stimulous check and find out if he can receiver the first two? I understand there is a form to fill out, I cannot seem to find any forms to fill out for this. Can you help me?
Thank you

If your brother CANNOT be claimed as a dependent on a 2020 return then he needs to file his own 2020 tax return and say in My Info that he cannot be claimed as someone else's dependent. He can enter his income, etc. and then use the recovery rebate credit in Federal Review to say that he did not receive any stimulus money yet. That should put the first two stimulus amounts on line 30 of his Form 1040. The 3rd stimulus is completely separate and will come later.
However---you have provided no details about your brother---why did you claim him in 2019 and what is different for 2020? CAN he be claimed?
