How to handle K1 line 17 with multiple sections

My Schedule K-1 has two sections for the statement for line item 17. One is titled 'Trade or Business' and the other is titled 'Passthrough {name of business}'. Both sections have values for V, W, and X. I'm not sure if to add the values for both sections, or just enter the values from the first section 'Trade or Business'. Any info appreciated, K-1 can be a confusing form.

I had a similar issue for line 20. (values for A and Z).  I answered them both and TurboTax accepted them both and my return went through OK.
