How should I file my 2013 taxes? I was employed through March 2013 and received a W-2 , I then went into business for my self a truck driver receiving a 1099.

I assume you mean 2018, although the answer doesn't depend on the year.  In your tax filing, you include your W-2 income as wages.  Separately but in the same filing, you determine your income and business expenses since you started working for yourself.  Those are entered separately, and both are considered part of your income.
