How do you add rows for W-2 Box 12 when working on the desktop software? I have 5 codes to report but I can only fill in 4. I didn't have this problem online last year.

When using Desktop software, when you actually fill in the first 3 rows, and then  fill in the 4th row, the software will automatically put in another row.

For Online software, it only shows 1 row, but there is text under box 12 to click on to " + Add another row "

What I did not realize was that in the Box 12 entries, you can scroll down. The way the form is designed (at least in the Mac version), only 4 rows are visible at a time, with no clear indication that it's scrollable. So this isn't a functionality issue, but I'd call this a bit of a UX issue.

I'm glad that your response triggered me to consider whether this section within the W-2 page can scroll.

Interesting that ther is a difference in the two different OS platforms.

In Windows, box 12 keeps expanding (I stopped at 7 or 8 rows).   

But it is true that even in Windows, box 12 ends up with scrollable entries when messing around in Forms Mode...but then, Foms Mode entries are only to be used in unusual situations.
