how do I report box 14 when I have a 14a dollar amount and a 14b dollar amount? It is giving me a duplicate error and wants me to fix it.

Do you know what those numbers are for? Box 14 on a W-2 can be for many different things and usually has nothing to do with your tax return.

Did you enter one number and then use the "Add another box 14 item"? option?
